Privacy

The Deadly Liver Mob program must run in accordance with the relevant privacy laws of the jurisdiction and in accordance with the regulations of the governing health service. The program does require some information to be collected and held at the Needle and Syringe Program (NSP) to assess eligibility to participate and record the distribution of incentive payments to clients. This data is recorded on the Deadly Liver Mob intake card, which must be kept in a locked cabinet or other secure location. If any data is transferred to a spreadsheet, this must be password protected and stored on a secure server.
